1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ucjili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and ucjili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website located at ucjili.best, including all services, features, and content available through it.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the ucjili platform. By proceeding past the registration page or by placing your first bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.

ucjili may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it from time to time, especially before using any new feature or promotion.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ucjili platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ucjili strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets, unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific products.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to any restriction that prevents you from gambling legally.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ucjili.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ucjili. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different ones — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a reachable email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ucjili is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ucjili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. We will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password.

If you suspect that your ucjili account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@ucjili.best. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account for security review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ucjili platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). ucjili does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the payment page and may vary by method and account verification status.

ucjili processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. InstaPay transfers typically settle within one to two hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day.

ucjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have recently changed payment details. This is standard practice and is intended to protect members from fraud.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ucjili are subject to the specific rules of each sport, game, or market, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out feature where available. ucjili displays a confirmation screen before any bet is finalised — please review your selections carefully before submitting.

In the event that a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise affected by unforeseen circumstances:

• Pre-match bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned to your wallet.
• Live bets confirmed before a match interruption are settled based on results at the time of suspension, subject to the specific sport's rules.
• Tournament outright bets are settled according to the official governing body's declared result, including cases where events are relocated or held behind closed doors.

ucjili reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or manipulation. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the member's wallet.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ucjili regularly offers bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, and event-specific boosts to eligible members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, and eligible games. These are always displayed on the promotion detail page before you opt in.

General bonus rules that apply across all ucjili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash directly.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus structures will result in bonus removal and may lead to account suspension.
• ucjili reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active claims with partially-completed wagering requirements will be honoured for a reasonable transition period.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the ucjili platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up offers, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation schemes.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or bet from your account, regardless of whether you have given consent.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of poker hands, live dealer games, or any other ucjili product.
• Arbitrage betting — systematic exploitation of pricing differences across markets in ways that breach the spirit of fair use.
• Use of automated bots or scripts — deploying software to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the ucjili platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering — using the ucjili platform as a vehicle for processing proceeds of illegal activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ucjili platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, game interfaces, and odds data — is the intellectual property of ucjili or its licensed content partners. Nothing on the platform grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display ucjili content without prior written permission.

The ucjili brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any format — online, print, or otherwise — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data

ucjili collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing through licensed Philippine financial service providers, or for fraud prevention purposes with our compliance partners.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact support@ucjili.best to exercise any data rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

10 Limitation of Liability

ucjili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability, and we will communicate this where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ucjili is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing transactions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits ucjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

ucjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion if:

• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The member has self-excluded and later attempts to re-register in violation of the exclusion period.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, ucjili will freeze the account balance but will not forfeit funds unless the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms. Members may appeal account decisions by contacting support with supporting documentation.

Members may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@ucjili.best. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after standard verification.

12 Responsible Gaming

ucjili is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. Betting should be enjoyable, not a source of financial hardship or stress. If you feel that your betting habits are getting out of hand, please use the tools available in your ucjili account settings.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set period of continuous platform use.
• Cool-off period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion — a longer-term exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years from the platform.

13 Changes to These Terms

ucjili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or operational practices. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect member rights, ucjili may update the Terms without prior notice, updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the ucjili platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal process, ucjili encourages members to first contact our support team to attempt resolution. The majority of issues — including disputed bet settlements, payment delays, and account queries — can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
